I just got my 3rd speeding ticket in less than 2 months. Although they were all in different states, it still sucks and has just drained my pocket. I am pretty upset about this last one because it was 35 in a 30 mph zone. I mean, we are all guilty of going a couple of miles over the speed limit, and cops always say they would give you a few here and there, but I mean, 35 in a 30, that is nothing....shouldn't they be out busting crack dealers instead of shoveling out bullshit citations? I guess some towns just need the money.....
the thing is, before last month, I hadn't gotten a ticket in almost 6 years, and that was right when I got my liscense (you know, everyone wants to go fast when they are young.) I am actually a very defensive driver, I follow all the rules, I am extremely nice when on the road (allowing people to merge, not riding too closely). I honestly like to just ride slow and jam my music.
I am climbing this hill so of course I am going to put some gas on it, I end up going 5 miles per/hr over and right when i get to the top of the hill, homeboy is waiting there just shooting tickets. I tried my best to slow down and adjust but it was too late, he was determined to get that ticket writen. So here I am. I have already paied $500 for the first 2 (I received probation in TX and IL where the others were cited....If i dont get a ticket in those counties for 90 and 30 days respectively, then the ticket ends up getting dropped and it wont show up on my insurance) I am hoping and thinking that because I haven't gotten one in the town where I go to school, they will allow me the same thing. The thing is, I'd much rather spend my money trying to get my dick sucked than paying for stupid and unfair speeding tickets. But I guess that is how life goes, It happens, thanks for the support

You drove 35 in a 30? You're a real speed demon and menace to society. Who the hell are you to think you can get to your destination in a reasonable amount of time? You probably ran over 4 puppies and a bum and didn't even realize it. You are a highway terrorist wreaking havoc everywhere you roll.
Every town should be so blessed to have police that care and take their tax collecting jobs so serious.
